1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 7 calendar days of your payment date. The refund policy applies to all subscription plans, including the Pro plan (6-month billing cycle).

  • Refunds are not available for usage beyond the 7-day window.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the first purchase made by an institution.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address.
  • The transaction ID or invoice number.
  • A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve).

3. Refund Processing

Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund through our payment gateway (Razorpay). The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations made after the 7-day refund window are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
