Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary
Refunds at ZeroClash are granted only on a case-by-case basis, with a valid reason, and after review by our admin team. A timetable generated on the Pro plan counts as service delivered and is not refundable. Requests outside the 7-day window are not entertained.
1. When You May Be Eligible
You may request a refund if, within 7 calendar days of payment, one of the following applies:
- Your payment succeeded but Pro features never activated on your account (technical failure on our side).
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your first 7 days.
- You paid for Pro but have not generated any timetable on the Pro plan, and can share a valid reason for the request.
All eligible requests are still subject to manual review and admin confirmation. Approval is not automatic.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
- A timetable has already been generated on the Pro plan — the core deliverable has been consumed.
- Bulk uploads, PDF exports, or other Pro features have been used.
- Change of mind, budget change, or switching providers.
- Partial usage of the subscription period (no pro-rated refunds).
- Errors caused by incorrect data entry or choosing the wrong plan.
- Request raised more than 7 days after payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@zeroclash.in from your registered school admin address, with:
- School name and registered admin email.
- Razorpay Payment ID or Invoice number (both are on your invoice PDF).
- A clear, specific reason for the request.
You will receive a response within 3 business days. Our admin team reviews each request against the conditions above and the activity on your account.
4. Approval and Processing
If approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time depends on your bank or card issuer. Once processed, the Pro plan is deactivated for the school; Free-tier limits apply immediately.
All decisions by the ZeroClash admin team are final.
5. Cancellation
You can stop using ZeroClash at any time — there are no auto-renewals. Your current Pro period remains active until its expiry date. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; the conditions in sections 1 and 2 still apply.
